Practical Faith: Doing the Word, Not Just Hearing It

“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only” (James 1:22). It is possible to love the message, raise our hands at every chorus, and still leave unchanged. The Word was never meant to stay in the building.

Practical faith is small and daily: a hard conversation we keep putting off, a gift we have been prompted to give, a habit we finally surrender. The Spirit does the heavy lifting, but He works through a yielded yes.

This week, pick one thing you already know God has asked of you — and do it. Obedience is where teaching becomes transformation.
